Fred H. Williams

B.A. 1968 M.A. G & C - 1974 EMU Owner and founder of CAST-A-NOTE 1985. MCWA LLC was started in 2005 as a creative financing effort to keep CAST-A-NOTE funded. Mr. Williams has worked in various capacities with children over a 44 year period:

  • Mentored 8 incorrigibles 1964- (2 of whom I still see today as adults)
  • A Washtenaw County , Juvenile home detention supervisor 1969-74
